Tidest is provided by mixBayes. By downloading or using Tidest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the product. Contact support@tidest.app with questions about the product or these terms.

Download and use

All Tidest features are free to use.

Tidest provides a Developer ID-signed and Apple-notarized Mac installer. The download page lists the current release, system requirements, and installation instructions.

You may use the public installer to install and use Tidest normally. You may not remove or bypass security controls, represent another build as an official Tidest release, or use the product for unlawful activity.

System permission and local data

Tidest needs macOS Accessibility permission to identify, move, and resize windows. You may revoke it in System Settings at any time, but the related window features will stop working.

Window titles, owning apps, positions, sizes, docked items, and kept locations stay on your Mac. You remain responsible for following your organization’s rules and applicable law when using that information.

Versions, updates, and availability

The download page identifies the current public release and system requirements. We may fix issues, change features, or stop distributing an older release, but do not guarantee compatibility with every app, window, or future macOS release.

Some apps limit their minimum or maximum window size, and macOS display or Space state can also affect the final layout.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or how it is provided changes, and will revise the effective date. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
