Tidest is provided by mixBayes. By downloading or using Tidest, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the product. Contact support@tidest.app with questions about the product, license, or these terms.

Download and 7-day trial

Tidest provides a Developer ID-signed and Apple-notarized Mac installer. The download page lists the current release, system requirements, and installation instructions.

You may try every feature free for 7 days from first use without paying first. The app manages this trial locally; it is not a Paddle subscription or payment trial.

Lifetime license

One Tidest License gives you lifetime use of Tidest, including future public releases at no additional charge. Each license may be activated on up to three devices.

The license is delivered through the purchase email and activation code. Keep the activation code private and do not publish it or use it to bypass the device allowance. Tidest does not require a sign-in account.

Purchase and payment

Tidest uses Paddle as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle Checkout shows the actual price, taxes, available payment methods, and final amount due, and Paddle provides the receipt.

Use an email address that can receive messages. Activation codes, receipts, and recovery confirmations are sent to the relevant email. Paddle Buyer Terms also apply when you complete a purchase through Paddle.

Activation and recovery

During activation, the app submits the activation code and a random device identifier generated on the Mac to enforce the three-device allowance. It is not a hardware serial number.

Recovery confirms the request through the purchase email and issues a new activation code. The old code can no longer activate new devices; offline licenses already issued to devices are not remotely replaced.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for the process. Once a refund is approved, the corresponding license ends and its activation code can no longer activate or recover on new devices.

These terms and the refund policy do not limit mandatory consumer rights under the laws that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the product or service changes and will revise the effective date. Completed purchases keep the lifetime-use, future-release, and device-allowance commitments made at purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
